Two weeks ago I wrote an argument against the statement of Chris Hadnagy that he thinks that woman are better at social engineering. I made two points. The first one was that females are equally willing to help a male caller as males are willing to help female callers. The second point is that there is no real difference in communication skills between the two genders.
Well.. I'll have to revise the first point. Apparently woman are better at resisting social engineering attacks. Of course the test performed at Defcon isn't a "real" scientific research, but it says something! So with one of my point proven false, the other one isn't strong enough to hold the argument. It is possible that woman are better at social engineering.
